Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years

  of IT recruitment experience focused on the US market within MSP/VMS frameworks
• Proven ability to source and place contract IT specialists (developers, cloud, cyber, infrastructure).
• Strong communication, vendor/vendor-supplier relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Analytical acuity to interpret VMS/ATS data and drive process efficiencies.
• Self-starter, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, MSP-managed recruiting environment.
