Required Experience & Skills 4+ years of IT recruitment experience focused on the US market within MSP/VMS frameworks Proven ability to source and place contract IT specialists (developers, cloud, cyber, infrastructure). Strong communication, vendor/vendor-supplier relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Analytical acuity to interpret VMS/ATS data and drive process efficiencies.
