About the Role

high-energy US IT Staffing Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, contact, and onboard
new direct Fortune 500 clients
.
Conduct
extensive market research
to identify prospective clients and maintain a
target client list
.
Arrange
business meetings
with prospective clients and confidently
present/communicate our services
.
Achieve and maintain a minimum of
2 billing customers
.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements

7+ years of IT staffing sales experience
to mid-to-large companies (US market).
Hands-on experience in
market research
to generate new leads.
Bachelors degree in
Business, Management, or related field
.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
Comfortable presenting services and reports to
C-level executives
and prospective clients.
Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player
.
