Job Title : US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical fit, communication skills, and availability
• Negotiate salaries, hourly rates, and close candidates with appropriate documentation
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients; manage feedback and follow-ups
• Understand job requirements, client needs, and job market trends
• Maintain candidate database (ATS) and generate regular pipeline reports
• Ensure compliance with US employment and immigration laws (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC)
• Develop relationships with consultants and maintain a network of active and passive candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience working with US tax terms and visa classifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with staffing agencies or direct clients
• Knowledge of VMS tools like Fieldglass, IQNavigator, or Beeline
• High energy, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude
