Key Responsibilities:

·        Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare roles - including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, LPNs, HEDIS Nurses, Medical Coders, high-volume positions like Contact Center Representatives, and other allied roles—from sourcing through to successful onboarding.

·        Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other healthcare-specific tools.

·        Conduct cold calls and engage candidates effectively to build a strong talent pipeline.

·        Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.

·        Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining.

·        Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy and timeliness.

·        Prepare and manage internal recruitment reports using Excel.

·        Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within a timeline.

·        Be flexible to support weekend hiring drives as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment is mandatory.

·        Prior experience in hiring Nurse Practitioners is a must.

·        Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and tools.

·        Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.

·        Proficient in Excel for reporting and data management.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

·        Flexible working in US time zones and during weekends as needed.
