Position Overview:

Healthcare Recruiter

Qualifications:

1–5 years of recruiting experience (Healthcare recruiting strongly preferred)
Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms and healthcare staffing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with ATS tools like CEIPAL
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare licensure and credentialing.
