Job Summary:

US Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, USC) across

  manufacturing, automobile, pharma, and medical device domains

  .
• Develop new vendor relationships and maintain strong ties with existing clients, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.
• Identify and qualify job requirements from direct clients and preferred vendors.
• Negotiate job rates, terms, and close contracts for bench consultants.
• Submit consultants to suitable positions and proactively follow up for interview schedules and feedback.
• Work with Account Managers and Sales Teams to maximize consultant placements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of requirements, consultant availability, and placement status.
• Stay updated with

  US recruitment trends, industry-specific compliance, and hiring practices

  within regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven

  2+ years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment

  with a focus on

  manufacturing, automobile, pharma, and medical device industries

  .
• Strong understanding of staffing processes, contracts (C2C, W2, 1099), and US tax terms.
• Experience in negotiating rates and closing deals with vendors and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Knowledge of

  regulated industries

  (e.g., FDA 21 CFR, ISO 13485, GMP) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced US recruitment environment.
• Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM/ATS tools.
