Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to identify, engage, and onboard qualified bench consultants for US staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in bench sales. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit bench consultants with in-demand skills (IT/Non-IT). Build and maintain relationships with consultants and staffing partners. Negotiate rates, contracts, and ensure quick placements. Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and bench availability. Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets. Requirements: 3+ years in US bench sales/recruitment. Strong network of bench consultants and staffing firms. Expertise in VMS, MSP, and direct client placements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred: Experience with H1B, OPT, EAD, and Green Card consultants.
