Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) to clients/vendors.
  • Build relationships with direct clients, prime vendors, and account managers.
  • Submit consultants to job requirements and negotiate rates.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and placement closures.
  • Maintain active database of vendors and client contacts.
  • Track and report daily/weekly marketing activities.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of US Bench Sales Recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Strong vendor/client network in US IT staffing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
