Job Summary:


US Accounts Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle including

    A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, tax, and reconciliations

    .
  • Perform and review

    bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations

    .
  • Manage

    Paychex payroll processing

    and compliance with US payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze

    financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    US GAAP, IRS regulations, and statutory requirements

    .
  • Lead

    month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings

    .
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and management for reporting and audits.
  • Strengthen accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA) strongly preferred.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in US accounting & bookkeeping.

  • Hands-on expertise in

    QuickBooks

    and

    Paychex payroll systems

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    bookkeeping and reconciliation processes

    .
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
