Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Preparer & Reviewer with 1–2 years of experience working with U.S. clients . This role involves preparing and performing initial reviews of individual and business tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is working with U.S. federal and state tax regulations and has hands-on experience using professional tax software. Key Responsibilities: Prepare U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, businesses and other entities. Prepare 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120s Tax returns. Perform first-level reviews of prepared tax returns to identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies. Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to collect financial information and clarify documentation. Identify opportunities for tax savings and ensure compliance with the latest IRS guidelines. Assist in maintaining accurate and secure records for each client. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving tax preparation processes. Stay updated on U.S. tax law changes and communicate relevant updates to team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and basic review. Proven experience working directly with U.S. clients, including communication and documentation handling. Experience with IRS tax codes, filing requirements, and common tax forms (e.g., 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax preparation software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
