Job Description

US Accounts Executive (3 - 6 Years Experience)

US Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle
US payroll
(weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), including timesheet verification, rate checks, OT calculations, and compliance.
Handle complete US accounting operations: bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, AR/AP, and monthly reporting.
Generate client invoices based on approved timesheets and billing schedules.
Perform accurate
bank and credit card reconciliations
using QuickBooks.
Maintain financial records, expense tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
Support month-end closing activities and prepare financial summaries.
Ensure compliance with US accounting and payroll standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience
in US Accounting & Payroll.
Advanced QuickBooks expertise — Mandatory.
Accounting/Bookkeeping certification (QuickBooks, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of US payroll structures, OT rules, and invoicing patterns.
Excellent communication skills for working with US clients.
High accuracy, analytical mindset, and confidentiality in financial handling.

Good to Have

Experience in US staffing or consulting industry.
Knowledge of W9, 1099, and basic US tax requirements.
