About the Role


US Accounts Executive


Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts for US entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts including AP/AR, bank statements, expenses, and ledger entries.
  • Ensure compliance with US financial practices and audit requirements.

Invoicing & Payments

  • Generate weekly/bi-weekly/monthly invoices based on timesheets.
  • Review and validate consultant timesheets before processing.
  • Coordinate with clients/vendors for invoice related queries.
  • Track payments, follow up for pending invoices, and maintain AR aging reports.

Payroll & Paychex Management

  • Process payroll through

    Paychex

    or similar US payroll platforms.
  • Manage deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and payroll adjustments.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely payments.

QuickBooks Management

  • Manage accounting entries, vendor bills, expenses, and financial reports in

    QuickBooks

    .
  • Update financial data regularly and ensure error-free bookkeeping.

US Compliance, Contracts & Tax Terms

  • Strong understanding of US tax types:

    W2, 1099, C2C

    , and related compliance.
  • Review and maintain contract documents, onboarding paperwork, and vendor agreements.
  • Work closely with legal/HR teams for contract updates and compliance.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, AMs, and vendors to collect timesheets on time.
  • Maintain regular communication for payment follow-ups and invoice clarifications.
  • Work closely with the US team for daily accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience

    specifically in

    US accounting

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll (Paychex), and QuickBooks

    .
  • Must have strong understanding of

    W2, 1099, C2C tax terms

    , and US work contracts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in

    US shift timings

    .
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
