Job Description

Urgently hiring for Recruiter

Location - Bangalore - Koramangala

Qualification - Post Graduation

Experience - Minimum 3 yrs

Basic Skills - Can Speak Kannada Language, Portal Hiring, Good Communication in English

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions across various job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, lateral hiring (experienced professionals), niche hiring (specialized skill sets), and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on role-specific requirements.
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary offers and terms between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, placements, and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements throughout recruitment.
