• Plan hiring based on sanctioned manpower and MRF.
• Source CVs from different channels of recruitment.
• Arrange Technical Trial of operators.
• Conduct initial round of interview & coordinate with various departments for subsequent rounds.
• Schedule telephonic, virtual mode or F2F interviews and provide feedback to the respective HOD.
• Communicate to the candidates the status of their interviews.
• Processing background verification of the finalized candidates.
• Salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare and issue Offer Letter & Salary Structure.
• Follow on-boarding process flow & ensure adhere to same
• Providing gap analysis on sanctioned manpower through daily report along with action plan.
This role is focused in plant based recruitment. The ideal candidate would be who has worked in manufacturing industry preferably from steel or iron or any manufacturing industry.
