Job Description

Role & responsibilities Welfare & Admin Officer at Plant Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MSW / MLW / Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Laws; Must have strong knowledge of Factory Acts, Labour Laws, Labour Welfare & Personnel Management, Hospitality. Proficiency in Marathi language is essential; SAP hands experience Must. JD: Managing employee welfare activities. Overseeing general plant administration and hospitality services. Supervising plant housekeeping and facilities. Handling waste disposal (sellable/non-sellable) and maintaining records. Distribution and record-keeping of PPEs. Supervising welfare services: canteen, dispensary, and floor rounds. Handling employee grievances and industrial relations. Coordinating reward and suggestion schemes Organizing committee meetings: Works, Safety, Canteen, Grievance Managing industrial relations and personnel matters Drafting various formats, letters, and maintaining statutory registers Handling PF, ESIC processes and liaising with government authorities Facilitating benevolent schemes Maintaining compliance documentation, training and counselling workers on rules, policies, and discipline Monitoring 5S implementation, statutory files, CSR, training & event organization Managing recruitment, on boarding, confirmation, T&D, and organizational development.
