Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise & Implementation

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of

  Oracle Fusion Financials

  modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation.
  
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on business requirements and standards.
  
• Develop and execute test cases (SIT/UAT), manage defects, and support cutover planning and go-live.
  
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
  

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Advise clients on best practices, finance process optimization, statutory compliance, and controls.
  
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business users.
  
• Manage stakeholders and communicate updates, risks, and project progress effectively.
  

Project Delivery & Support

• Provide post-go-live support, enhancement solutions, and continuous improvements.
  
• Ensure deliverables align with methodologies, quality standards, and timelines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-10 years

  of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance (Cloud).
• Strong hands-on experience in at least

  2 -3 modules

  : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Fusion Tax.
• Experience with

  end-to-end implementations

  (minimum 12 full-cycle projects).
• Understanding of

  accounting, financial reporting, period close

  , and

  statutory requirements

  .
• Working knowledge of integrations (SOAP, REST),

  data migration (FBDI)

  , and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
• Experience in a

  consulting environment

  (Big 4 or similar) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
  
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
  
• Knowledge of industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Services.
