Primary Responsibilities:

Management Information System (MIS) / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) estimates for the previous month by the 1st of the subsequent month in consultation with the DGM Finance.
• Business Finance analysis for the Digital Health business vertical
• Monitor and verify the preparation of all analysis reports and ensure timely submission to the Corporate Office along with the monthly MIS.
• Conduct detailed P&L line-level variance analysis and assist the DGM- Finance in preparing commentary for Monthly Management Meetings.
• Create monthly performance review presentations (PPT) for COOs, CEO, and Corporate Office in accordance with the prescribed format within the agreed timelines
• Manage and drive output from the Financial and Corporate Accounting functions to ensure that deadlines and timelines are met, including:
• All aspects relating to the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• All GL and account reconciliation/monthly provisioning and closures/ cross charge to other business units and recons
• Collaborate with finance team members across GCC business and drive results and report numbers within the agreed timelines

Ad hoc Analysis / Data Preparation:

• Conduct other ad hoc analyses as required, such as data validation works related to initiatives like Cost Reduction
• Prepare and submit data for BI tools like Querent and other Digital Initiatives.

Assisting DGM- Finance:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, including 3 Statement Financial Models and detailed sub-schedules related to Revenue, Manpower, Capex, Opex, etc.
• Support in activities such as preparing long-term projections for new/existing hospitals and clinics.
