1) Preparation of monthly MIS in Hyperion (Monthly Performance
Review) Profit & Loss, Forecast, Budget vs Actual summary, variance
analysis of Balance Sheet.
2) Performing month-end close processes, timely and accurately like
month-end provisions and distribution of prepaid expense/Accrual
expenses and income.
3) Preparation of Debtors Reports, Expense Reports, BRS Reports, and
Other Schedules and MIS Work.
4) Fixed Asset Accounting handles up to capitalization in SAP
5) Monthly prepare inter-unit and related party reconciliation.
6) Preparation of Board Deck for Board Meetings on quarterly and Yearly.
7) Coordinates for annual audits by third-party agencies and accounting
firms, and addresses any comment or issue raised; maintains financial
and accounting records for companies; ensures compliance with
books closing and deployment of adequate internal controls.
8) Work closely with the corporate finance team for Audit related queries
9) Preparation of Schedule and notes for Balance Sheet on half yearly
and Yearly basis .
10) Liaising with auditors for timely completion of Statutory Audit, Tax
Audit
11) Providing all relevant information to the auditor for resolving the
Auditor's query.
12) Account Payable, Receivable & Others
13) Cash flow planning to ensure a smooth payment cycle
14) Advances monitoring and controls
15) Ensuring timely received customer receivable
Proficient in SAP software/ Oracle and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with the automotive industry/sector and understanding of its financial dynamics.
