Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Drive Health Insurance business for the assigned branch.
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies.
Increase market penetration through new channel development.

2. Team Management

Lead, mentor & motivate a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training & performance reviews.
Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of KPIs.

3. Channel & Partner Management

Build strong relationships with agency partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners.
Resolve escalations and support partners for business growth.

4. Customer Relationship & Service Quality

Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Handle key customer interactions and address grievances.
Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.

5. Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to IRDA regulations and company compliance policies.
Manage branch operations, documentation, audits & reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of Insurance Sales (Health/GI preferred)
• 2–3 years of team-handling experience • Strong leadership, communication & market knowledge • Graduate / MBA preferred
