Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assisting in daily operational HR, Outsourced Manpower, Admin, Safety and MIS related activities across the North Zone from GA aspects.
Ensuring timely compliance of all the applicable statutory concerns across the region. (CLRA, Shop & Establishment, LWF, Annual Returns & PT)
ISO framework related enforcements across the offices and warehouses as per company ISO compliance norms. (QMS & EMS)
New Admin/procurement related vendors onboarding, timely execution of Material requisitions and timely issuance of Purchase orders to suppliers.
Regular visits across the North region locations from GA aspects to meet the operational excellence as per the business requirements.
Assisting in employee engagement activities/HR helpdesk across the region.
Expats Management (Residential accommodations, FRRO & other well-being)
Facility Management (Lease renewals for the facilities & annual management)
Preparing the monthly MIS reports (Environment Data, Compliance Report etc)
To maintain/assist in Travel desk support (domestic and international), data records management related to HR, Admin and GA (General Affairs) aspects.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time on behalf of HR & ADMIN front.
Facility management

MBA - HR is must
