About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
Assist recruiters with job postings and sourcing logistics.
Prepare and share reports and dashboards on hiring progress and metrics.
Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and recruitment vendors to streamline hiring operations.
Handle onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a recruitment coordination or similar HR support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
