Job Description

  • reeting and directing visitors to the appropriate office or personnel.
  • Performing clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and creating documents like memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and the use of conference rooms to avoid double booking.
  • Handling bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and tracking the budget.
  • Maintaining office files, such as job files, vendor files, and other important documents related to the company's operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities and equipment.
  • Completing other relevant tasks as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
