Job Description

Hiring for International Voice Technical Support

Location:

Job Role: International Voice Technical Support

You will handle inbound support calls from international customers, resolve technical issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience for a leading global telecom client.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience
in
International Voice Process
(Mandatory)
Undergraduates
with relevant voice experience are eligible
Excellent communication skills
in English (spoken + written)
Comfortable with
night shifts
and rotational week-offs

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
inbound technical support
calls from international customers
Troubleshoot issues related to
Wi-Fi, routers, modems, network & connectivity
Provide accurate information and ensure
first-call resolution
Document customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and maintain customer satisfaction scores

Skills Required

Strong English communication
Technical troubleshooting ability
Customer handling & problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
