* Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes to resolve customer queries effectively.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments following standard procedures.
* Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to schedule.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and international customer handling protocols.
* Collaborate with team members and support departments to improve customer service delivery.
* Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with international standards.
* Identify recurring issues and share insights with management to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
* Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as per international time zones if required.
1. Excellent communication skills are a basic requirement.
2. The candidate would be processing sensitive information, so it is imperative that they are focused, have attention to detail and patient to be on long hold time.
3. An ideal candidate would be good at multitasking, have good logical ability and work under extreme pressure & time constraints.
4. Flexible to work in a Rotational shift.
