Job Description

Role &Track and report on project metrics such as timelines and

budgets

Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring

effective communication channels are maintained.

Assist in preparing presentations and communication materials

for various audiences, including senior management

Identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies.

Support the PMO in risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution

processes

Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of PMO

processes and tools.

Support training and development initiatives to enhance project

management capabilities across the organization

Support design, mobilization, and execution of project

management activities for large portfolios / programs / projects

Develop and maintain the program management plan, integrated

master schedule, weekly and monthly status reports

Develop reporting and dashboards including project financials

(e.g., Accruals, Budget Vs Actuals, Bookings & Opportunities,

Investment Planning)

Lead annual budget exercises for the projects and collate data

from multiple stakeholders

Would be required to assist the onshore team with Business

Intelligence, Analytics, and other reporting capabilities

Identify appropriate tools, methods and templates that are

required for the execution of projects / assignments

Engage with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts.

Build relationships with senior stakeholders/ onshore

stakeholders.

Fully support internal projects including administration,

organization of project meetings and plansresponsibilities
