Experience: 5 to 8 yrs. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of e-learning tools Captivate, Articulate (Desirable) Excellent written communication skills with a flair for proof-reading and creative writing. TECHNICAL SKILL SET: Good hands-on, working-knowledge of MS Word, Excel and power point, Experience in content creation Key Responsibility Areas Possess strong knowledge and prior experience of creating Instructor Led Training Modules Including Workbooks and Handbooks Understanding structured writing techniques, modular content development and the instructional development lifecycle (analyzing needs through evaluating, and maintaining courses) Proven track record of designing and creating compelling, training courses for audiences that include customers and employees Intermediate knowledge of Articulate Storyline or similar elearning authoring tools Intermediate knowledge of Learning Management Systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of graphics and tools Proficient in MS Office tools The person is expected to create training manuals primarily for English and Behavioral domain for PGDM students based on few inputs, identifying and adding necessary content on their own, under minimum supervision. Conduct training needs analysis and measure effectiveness of training Work directly with internal subject matter experts and external consultants for relevant content needs to meet functional and behavioral Training requirements of the teams. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines Collaborate with other members of the curriculum development and training team to brainstorm, problem-solve, and review each others work Work with subject matter experts on other teams who provide knowledge transfer (to enable appropriate course content and lab scenarios with functional results) Assist with management of course development projects including scoping the required resources and timeline to meet project timelines with quality results Produce quality ITM course material (including course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, presentation slides, diagrams, lab exercises, instructor guides, lab setup guides, job aids, and assessments Design measurement instruments and create advanced learning activities questions for quizzes and certification exams
