About the Role (Senior Data Scientist):

Senior Data Science professional

🔹 Your Role & Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the long-term

  Data Science roadmap

• Architect and lead

  large-scale analytics and AI initiatives

• Provide strong

  technical leadership

  influencing cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on

  ETL pipelines and analytics deployment

• Build and deliver

  production-grade machine learning models

• Prioritize the

  data science backlog

  for maximum business impact
• Mentor & guide data scientists on best practices and technical excellence
• Partner with business leaders to translate use cases into scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment with

  enterprise analytics & strategy goals

• Drive adoption of

  Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies

• Lead experimentation, model optimization, and analytics innovation

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics

  , or related fields

• 10–12+ years overall experience

  , including

  8+ years in Data Science / Advanced Analytics

• 2+ years

  in technical leadership, mentoring, or supervisory capacity
• Proven delivery of

  production-ready ML solutions

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Python, SQL, PySpark

• Expertise with

  Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) & Databricks

• Knowledge of

  MLOps

  tools – MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring

• Experience with

  Generative AI & LLM frameworks

  (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
• Exposure to

  TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Solid understanding of

  NLP and modern text analytics

• Ability to

  design and optimize Databricks clusters

  at scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven capability to

  lead through technical influence
