Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI & Automation Technology Sales professional. We are looking for an AI & Automation sales person for this role targeting India clients, working with our product partner teams. One who is willing to work with clients, delve into details, craft a value story and close deals. If you love solving business challenges working with clients, and the highs of closing deals, then this role is for you!
The candidate will work on selling Senzcraft (https://www.senzcraft.com) and Partner products and services around AI & automation automation solutions for our clients, targeting Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain, Insurance clients.
His sales portfolio will cover - Gen AI - LLMS, Vector DB, Agentic AI ++ Computer Vision & IDP + Workflow solutions, Robotic Process Automation etc. He will be selling Staff Augmentation roles also.
Must have skills with 3 to 5 years experience in:
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Cold calls/Email/Linkedin/Connects reach-outs to generate leads; coordinate with marketing for running targeted campaigns to enable lead generation activities
Walk the client corridors, establish great professional relationships: Position Senzcraft as a unique hyper-automation company, establish great rapport with clients.
Solution Sales: Assess client problem statement, work with technical team to create a solution, present to client, obtain buy-in
Partner Relationship: Work with product partner for joint GTM, open new client doors
Services Sales: Position, structure, propose and sell Senzcraft services to clients
Product Sales: Position and sell senzcraft SaaS products for clients
ROI/Value Proposition: Understand the business problem and create/review solutions; craft a value proposition with strong ROI and justification
Growth: Participate in pre-sales and effort estimation for new projects
Innovate: Suggest new ways of working, propose reusable components and bring market insights to drive innovation
