Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with over 4 years of experience to analyze and extract data, providing actionable insights and developing scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to generate insights for digital products & services, build automated frameworks for business stakeholders, and offer insights on various aspects including Personalization, Search & Navigation, SEO, Supply Chain, and Services. Additionally, developing dashboards for financial results, customer satisfaction, and engagement metrics, as well as conducting predictive & prescriptive modeling to ensure the organization's competitive edge are crucial responsibilities. Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and methodologies is essential, along with collaborating across teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. Furthermore, ensuring solutions are scalable, implementable, and impactful while following enterprise project management practices for execution is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess intermediate knowledge of Data Science algorithms such as clustering, regression, and optimization. Proficiency in Python 3 with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Sklearn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is required, along with basic to intermediate SQL skills. Data visualization using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly, experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP, with AWS/Azure also acceptable), and ML deployment at scale using platforms like Kubeflow, VertexAI, Airflow, and PySpark are essential. A strong understanding of probability, statistics, and basic linear algebra is crucial, as well as the ability to propose end-to-end solutions from business use cases and communicate technical concepts effectively. Nice-to-have skills include experience with advanced DS algorithms, exposure to advanced mathematics, familiarity with microservices APIs, model monitoring, debugging tools, and applying academic research to real-world problems. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with 4 years, a Master's degree with 2 years, or a Ph.D. with 1 year in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Programming experience in Python is required, with Java/Scala/Rust considered a plus. A strong grasp of machine learning techniques and cloud-based solutions is necessary.
