Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience
in
Sales and Collections
within
Asset Finance, Home Loans, Mortgages, or Business Loans (from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions).
Source and acquire new business by identifying customers that fit our organisation's profile and policies.
Understand customer needs, explain suitable product offerings, and guide them towards the right financial solutions.
Explore untapped markets and identify new business opportunities.
Handle customer queries with empathy and ensure quick resolutions.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving cross-sell initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Hands-on exposure to retail sales and on-ground customer engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
Sound financial understanding with the ability to assess and analyse customer profiles.
Passionate about growth, results, and making an impact in people's financial journeys.
