Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing clients across functions such as production, maintenance, quality, operations, and supply chain.
Partner with client HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and organizational culture.
Source, assess, and shortlist candidates through portals, networking, and headhunting to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding support in alignment with client processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, ensure adherence to TAT, and contribute to business growth through quality closures and client satisfaction.
