IT Vendor Governance – Contracts & SLA



Purpose of role:

To manage post-contract activities by governing IT vendors, ensuring SLA adherence, handling contract clauses, and driving end-to-end vendor and contract lifecycle governance after contract sign-off.



Job Details:


  • Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in end to end contract lifecycle
  • CTC Bracket: Competitive, aligned with industry standards
  • Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.
  • Location: Gurugram (WFO - 5 days)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)



Skills Required:


  • IT Vendor Governance & Partner Management
  • Post-contract management (after contract signature)
  • SLA definition, tracking & breach management
  • Contract clause review & RFP exhibit understanding
  • Issue resolution & stakeholder coordination
  • Strong communication, documentation & reporting skills



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage

    end-to-end vendor governance

    after contract signing
  • Ensure adherence to

    contract terms, SLAs, and KPIs

  • Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and drive corrective actions
  • Review

    contract clauses, RFP exhibits, and service obligations

  • Conduct regular governance reviews and close action items
  • Resolve vendor issues, conflicts, and escalations in coordination with stakeholders
  • Prepare and share

    monthly performance and SLA reports

  • Support audits and ensure closure of observations related to vendor contracts
