The HR team plays a pivotal role in driving a culture of performance, growth, and collaboration across the organization. We’re now looking for a passionate HRBP Intern who is eager to partner with business teams, enhance employee experience, and learn the ropes of strategic HR.

What You Will Drive

  • As an HRBP Intern, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to support daily people operations and employee engagement initiatives. You will:
  • Support the HRBP team in executing key HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and assist in manpower planning.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to drive employee retention, recognition, and career development.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, track key people metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount), and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Help manage grievance handling and provide first-line support to employees on HR-related queries.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Contribute to culture-building projects, R&R programs, and engagement events.

Who Are We Looking For

  • We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR professional who’s excited to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in HR Operations, HRBP support, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals — onboarding, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with HR dashboards or HRIS tools.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • A postgraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Management (preferred).
