Key Interactions: Internal Stakeholders: Primary: Design, SCM, Quality & Testing, Maintenance, R&D, Engineering, PMG, Tool Room, HR COEs, and Operating Committee members Secondary: Departmental peers and cross-functional colleagues External Stakeholders: Recruitment agencies, training consultants, and other relevant service providers Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the hiring process to attract high-potential talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with the employer brand and business needs. Learning & Development: Diagnose training needs and deploy impactful learning programs using internal and external resources, with a focus on onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling. Performance Management: Drive performance culture by facilitating goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews to enhance employee output and engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and HR leadership to understand needs and implement people strategies that support business outcomes. Employee Engagement: Conceptualize and execute initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, commitment, and retention. Team Management: Lead and coach a team of HR professionals to deliver excellence across talent and learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Achieve zero customer complaints through proactive quality management and effective root cause resolution. Ensure readiness for customer audits and product approvals. Major Challenges Preventing repeat customer complaints through effective root cause analysis and corrective action. Sustaining robust Quality Assurance systems across all functions. Ensuring thorough validation of new product launches. Fostering a cross-functional culture of continuous improvement. Qualification & Experience B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Production with 18+ years of experience; MBA or M.Tech preferred. Proven experience in Quality Management within manufacturing of industrial electrical products, automotive, or large-scale component industries. Skills & Competencies Strong command over core quality tools – QA Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and Auditing. Knowledge of QMS standards – ISO 9001, IATF 16949; Certified Internal Auditor preferred. Experience with TQM tools and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desirable. Excellent stakeholder management across suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Data-driven decision-making and strong leadership with a customer-centric mindset.
