Position Title: Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development Reports To: Plant HR Head Department: Human Resources Manufacturing Location: Plant at Pune (Chakan) Who should apply? The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the complete lifecycle of talent acquisition, also exposure to driving learning and development initiatives in alignment with the business strategy will be like a feather in the cap. We are open to looking at candidates with HRBP experience along with good experience in Talent Acquisition. Purpose of the Role: This role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of talent acquisition and driving learning and development initiatives in alignment with the business strategy. The role ensures that the organization attracts, integrates, and develops talent capable of meeting its current and future goals. Key Interactions: Internal Stakeholders: Primary: Design, SCM, Quality & Testing, Maintenance, R&D, Engineering, PMG, Tool Room, HR COEs, and Operating Committee members Secondary: Departmental peers and cross-functional colleagues External Stakeholders: Recruitment agencies, training consultants, and other relevant service providers Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the hiring process to attract high-potential talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with the employer brand and business needs. Learning & Development: Diagnose training needs and deploy impactful learning programs using internal and external resources, with a focus on onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling. Performance Management: Drive performance culture by facilitating goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews to enhance employee output and engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and HR leadership to understand needs and implement people strategies that support business outcomes. Employee Engagement: Conceptualize and execute initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, commitment, and retention. Team Management: Lead and coach a team of HR professionals to deliver excellence across talent and learning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA or Masters in Human Resources or related discipline Experience: 68 years. Candidate should have good experience in Talent Acquisition, any exposure Learning & Development, and Employer Branding will be beneficial Exposure to HR Business Partnering is a necessary requirement
