Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead Sales & Bulk Hiring Location: Malad, Mumbai (West) Company: PBPartners (A Policybazaar Brand) Experience Required: 46 years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are seeking an experienced TA Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for sales and bulk hiring mandates at PBPartners. The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment team, strategize hiring plans, and ensure timely closures of large-scale hiring needs across insurance sales roles. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team for the Malad location. Develop hiring strategies to meet aggressive sales headcount targets. Own end-to-end recruitment for field sales, telesales, and agency hiring roles. Drive bulk hiring through job portals, references, walk-ins, and vendor coordination. Build a strong pipeline of sales candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. Monitor recruiter performance and ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met. Liaise with business heads to understand manpower requirements. Prepare and present hiring dashboards and reports to leadership. Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales hiring and bulk hiring (insurance domain preferred). Prior experience in leading recruitment teams is mandatory. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Hands-on experience in using job portals, social media hiring, and vendor management. Must be available to join immediately. Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Handle walk-ins and campus/job fair drives as required. Maintain daily hiring MIS and trackers. Ensure timely closures as per recruitment targets. Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations for smooth candidate joining. Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales hiring or mass/bulk hiring. Excellent communication and sourcing skills. Knowledge of the insurance or BFSI domain is a plus. Should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced hiring environment.
