Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

*Understand job requirements and create clear and attractive job descriptions.

*Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

*Screen resumes, evaluate candidate fit, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

*Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

*Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly. *Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

*Support campus drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring when required. *Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

*Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

*Bachelors degree in any discipline.

*0.6-5 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring preferred).

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

*Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

*Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

*High ownership, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

*Must have good communication in Hindi & English
