**Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated MBA/BBA freshers for the role of Inside Sales Executive. This role involves engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and other digital platforms, nurturing leads, and assisting in the sales process. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads while developing your sales and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Lead Generation and Engagement:**

- **Outbound Calling:** Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from leads provided by the company.

- **Lead Qualification:** Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.

- **Client Communication:** Engage with clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms, answering inquiries and providing information on products/services.

**Sales Support and Coordination:**

- **Lead Nurturing:** Develop relationships with potential clients by following up on previous interactions and providing relevant updates.

- **Product Knowledge:** Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

- **Sales Process Support:** Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, site visits (if applicable), and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

**Client Relationship Management:**

- **Building Rapport:** Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns promptly.

- **Handling Objections:** Identify and overcome client objections or concerns with clear and effective communication.

**Sales Targets and Reporting:**

- **Target Achievement:** Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the sales manager.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales progress using CRM software.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on lead status, sales progress, and client interactions to the sales manager.

**Continuous Learning:**

- **Sales Skills Development:** Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights to provide valuable information to clients.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- **Education:** MBA/BBA fresher (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

- **Sales Aptitude:** Passionate about sales, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

- **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients over calls and emails.

- **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

- **Goal-Oriented:** Self-motivated and driven to meet targets and excel in the sales environment.
