The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue for the company. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating business activities across various departments. Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies. Identify new business opportunities through networking and market analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, agents, service providers, and other business partners. Coordinate follow-up communications and meetings with clients, agents, service providers, and partners. Promote company brands, products, and services. Actively participate in sales and marketing meetings, presenting business development strategies. Liaise between departments to ensure alignment on business development goals. Collaborate with corporate entities and partners related to the business. Coordinate with service providers on service-related updates and processes. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotion across various platforms. Report to management on an ad hoc basis. Make optimal number of calls with prospective clients. Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services. Maintain and update records of interactions in CRM (ZOHO preferred). Follow up on leads promptly and ensure high conversion rates. Excellent negotiation skills. (Mandatory) Use B2B connections through personal level to close deals. Make sure to close at least 10 Agents/Franchises per month. Technical Proficiency: High computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Gujarati & Hindi is mandatory. Working hours : Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
