Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling of auto loans.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for leads, building relationships with dealerships, and negotiating deals.
Develop strong relationships with dealerships to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall process efficiency.
