- Overseeing a team of unit sales managers who are responsible for managing agents.
- Executing the sales plan to meet sales targets for the channel. - Meeting assigned PMS targets through intermediaries managed by the USM. - Proactively addressing and resolving problems while fostering strong relationships with the team and Motor, Health & SME agents. - Coordinating with other departments such as underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in leading teams in the agency channel. - A full-time graduation is a must. - Basic Excel skills are required.
