Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic point of contact for key GIC/GCC clients in India. Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and delivery excellence. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues or escalations. Account Mapping & Growth: Deep-dive into client org structures and identify key stakeholders across departments. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services.
