Profile Summary:

Looking for an experienced AM Administration (6+ years) to manage overall plant administration, facilities, vendor management and employee welfare in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administration of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  
• Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and office maintenance.
  
• Handle vendor management, negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  
• Monitor plant infrastructure upkeep (repairs, utilities, waste management, safety equipment).
  
• Implement cost-control measures in administrative activities.
  
• Coordinate employee welfare activities such as accommodation, travel, and cafeteria.
  
• Manage budgets, administrative records, and audit requirements.
  
• Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and service providers as required.
  
• Lead and mentor the administration team to ensure efficiency and discipline.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6+ years of experience in Administration (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup).
  
• Strong knowledge of facility management, vendor handling, and general administration.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve operational challenges quickly.
