Profile Summary: Looking for an experienced AM Administration (6+ years) to manage overall plant administration, facilities, vendor management and employee welfare in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities Oversee general administration of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and office maintenance. Handle vendor management, negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements. Monitor plant infrastructure upkeep (repairs, utilities, waste management, safety equipment). Implement cost-control measures in administrative activities. Coordinate employee welfare activities such as accommodation, travel, and cafeteria. Manage budgets, administrative records, and audit requirements. Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and service providers as required. Lead and mentor the administration team to ensure efficiency and discipline. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate with 6+ years of experience in Administration (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup). Strong knowledge of facility management, vendor handling, and general administration. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Role Description We are seeking a QA Officer Shift Chemist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for To Analysis the regular testing as per running products. To Take a sample of products, potable water, packaging material, and raw material etc. Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedure. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate and test laboratory equipment and relevant. Evaluation and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedure and standard. Validating the prepared reagent for testing. Documentation of tests conducted. Line verification to understand the testing receiving sample. Confirmation of cleaning process. Testing protocol to be checked with standards. Verification of Control sample testing as per defined frequency. Check for the quality plan and test as per QA plan. Inform the wrong testing. Investigate on out of specification. Being as trainer helper/food handler. Testing of R & D Sample and generate the report. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in a similar role as QA Officer Shift Chemist or Lab Technician. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (B.Sc), Food Science (B.Sc), Microbiology (B.Sc), or related field. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.
