Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Candidate onboarding and induction

2. Maintaining employee records

3. Preparation of Hr, Admin related documents

4. Coordination with contractors and other HR/ admin related vendors

5. Employee welfare management

6. Employee Exit management

7. Employee ticket bookings and travel coordination and support

8. Coordination with offsite employees

9. Checking and ensuring timely submission of employee vouchers

10. Facilitating training and other events

11. Facilitating customer and vendor visits

12. Coordination with left employees and consultants for PF/ exit

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidate with 3-5 years of experience.

Qualification Graduate with prior experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing

industry.
