1. Develop master plans and urban design strategies.
2. Conduct site assessments and zoning analysis.
3. Prepare reports, plans, and documentation as per statutory norms.
4. Coordinate with consultants for integrated planning.
5. Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders for approvals
1. Bachelor’s in Architecture + Master’s in Urban Planning (Mandatory)
2. Knowledge of zoning, planning policies, and regulations
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills
