Our work encompasses master planning, urban design, architecture, engineering and design-build services for many sectors that cut across the sustainable built environment. The range of our projects spans from complex high-rise structures both in public and private domain to residential townships, large scale master plans, tourism and regional development plans, redevelopment projects, and urban renewal interventions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative master plans for large-scale regional and tourism projects
• Engage instrategic planning, benchmarking, and sustainability assessments
• Conduct feasibility studies and population projections to guide planning decisions
• Create impactful project reports, proposal presentations, and design strategy
• Collaborate with a team of experts to bring bold ideas to life
• Develop strategies and institutional frameworks for comprehensive implementation of the masterplans

What We're Looking For:

• Experience of working on urban and regional projects Master planning, Tourism Development, DPR preparation, etc.
• Strong foundation in project area understanding and ability to collect, analyse and comprehend data.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools and techniques adopted in GIS.
• Ability to understand and comprehend the complexities involved in urban projects and approach design development it with existing and foreseeable sensitivities.
• Strong skills in research, data analysis, and documentation
• Ability to manage project timelines and collaborate with various stakeholders
• A passion for sustainable urban development and creative problem-solving

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in urban planning, urban studies or similar field from a reputed institution
• Two or more years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
