Job Description

Role Overview: You are being sought after for a Mid-Level position at the Mumbai Office by Arcadis, the leading company in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. As a proficient urban/transport planner/designer, you will be required to be self-motivated, efficient, and organized with experience in city planning, branding, placemaking, landscape design, transport planning, and city management. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in working on various projects related to urban planning, transport planning, NMT infra, parks & open space development, placemaking, public arts, and branding design. - Core hands-on experience in Street Design, Multimodal Integration, Transport Infrastructure Planning, and Design in alignment with Urban Planning. - Utilizing a research-based data-driven approach for comprehensive project understanding and orientation. - Staying updated with industry best practices, trends, and continuously learning to share within the team. - Bringing innovative ideas to the team and tackling challenges related to project operations, urban issues, design, and planning in a practical and sustainable manner. - Leading small teams, balancing technical work with Business Development, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and clients on a daily basis. Qualification Required: - Prior experience as a project/program manager will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in industry-relevant software such as ACAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Adobe Suite (Including InDesign & Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and other similar software. - Demonstrated experience in AI tools integration will be considered a plus.
