Urban Planner

As an Urban Planner at Riyasat Infra Developers Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive plans and programs for land use, regional, and environmental planning. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of plans. You will be based on-site in Jaipur, working towards crafting residential townships that prioritize client satisfaction and environmental sustainability. - Develop comprehensive plans and programs for land use, regional, and environmental planning. - Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of plans. - Ensure all planning activities align with sustainable development goals and comply with regulations. - Skills in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, and Land Use Planning. - Experience in Environmental Planning and Planning. - Ability to analyze data, conduct research, and prepare detailed reports. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong understanding of environmental management and sustainability. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or related field. - Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus. - Proficiency in software such as AutoCad Map, Arcmap, Qgis, Micro station Terra scan, Terra model, Terra photo, Global Mapper, MASTER PLAN, and ZONAL PLAN. - Minimum experience required is 3 to 10 years. - Availability for face-to-face interview in Jaipur.
