Role Description This is a full-time on-site Urban Planner role located in Jaipur at Riyasat Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd.. The Urban Planner will be responsible for regional planning, urban planning, environmental planning, land use planning, and overall project planning to ensure the development of sustainable and community-friendly projects. Qualifications Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, and Land Use Planning skills Experience in project planning and development Knowledge of zoning regulations and environmental impact assessments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus *Minimum Experience 3 Years to 10 Years Max AutoCad Map Arcmap 9.3, 10.0, 10.3.1, 10.8 Qgis 2.18.15.
