9 Squares Architect’s, Indore is looking for a skilled Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our team with a proven track record of handling large-scale architectural projects with expertise and confidence. Location: Indore, India (on site) Experience: 3-4 years Job description: Architect 1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must with 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and managing the project. 2. Strong proficiency in drafting software to generate technically sound Architectural working drawings. 3. Develop concept sketches, 2D/3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively. 4. Ability to work under pressure effectively and meet tight deadlines. 5. Experience with sustainable and green building practices is a plus. 6. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, an d requirements for the project, take updates from the clients, addressing their feedback and concerns. 7. Fully conversant with statutory compliance, including all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. 8. Coordinate with structural, MEPF and Landscape consultant independently, ensuring all designs are cohesive and technically sound. 9. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
